Any ideas of how to get rid of cat urine odor?

I’ve washed with vinegar and water, waited for the area to dry, then re-washed with laundry detergent to get the areas smelling better. My apartment still smells like vinegar and my cat is not yet cured of peeing on the couch…any suggestions? I found this stuff called SCOE 10X and Anti Icky Poo that both claim to get rid of cat urine odor – please share any stories you have of either of these products or anything that’s worked for you. Thanks!
